Auto Content Cash – Creating Passive Income Automatically

9 March, 2010 (17:47) | Passive Income | By: Dusty

Auto Content Cash – Building Streams of Passive Income AUTOMATICALLY!

I love creating new streams of passive income. It excites me, it thrills me, and it frustrates me beyond all belief!

If you have been reading this blog for any length of time, you will know that I love affiliate marketing. There is something rather cool about creating a small landing page, driving traffic to it, and then seeing money being put into my bank account. It sure beats working for someone else.

The problem is that with most affiliate income streams you have to constantly work on your landing pages, add additional content, and spend hours backlinking your pages if you want to have any success at all. I have always wanted a system that would be more ‘push button’ and less hands off.

Fortunately, Brian Johnson and Alex Goad released Auto Content Cash today (aff link).

I am so pumped about this new product. For those that know me, you guys know I buy ANYTHING that Brian Johnson or James Jones releases. These two guys have made me more money than any of the so-called internet gurus! (I am also a fan of Mark Mason – from masonworld.com fame!)

Brian’s last product, Commission Ritual, is the system I am basing my entire internet portfolio on. Every site I have launched in the past 2 months ranked in the top 30 for its main keyword WITHOUT any backlinks or off-page SEO. Adding just a few blog comments have pushed these pages into the top 15 or so. Pretty cool if you ask me.

As a way of diversifying, I am going to buy Auto Content Cash and add it to my list of passive income streams to grow! I will report back in a few days with my initial reaction!

Passive Income Challenge: Day 60 – Month 2 Review

15 August, 2009 (09:36) | Passive Income Challenge | By: Dusty

I cannot believe that it has been 60 days already. It seems like it was just yesterday that I started my passive income challenge. In the past 60 days, I have had my ups and downs. Some things that I have tried have worked okay; others things have really bombed. The important thing to remember is that I am going to keep trying no matter what.

Online Income Empire (aka Things I have tried)

eHow – Writing articles for eHow remains a stable method of making money. It takes some effort to find subjects that are not completely saturated already, but it can still be done. Some of my friends are doing much better than I am. My earnings were down in July, and are down in August.

Along with my buddy over at passive family income, I am participating in the 100 article eHow challenge. I started a few days late and have fallen way behind. In fact, I am not even on pace to complete 30 articles in August. I really need to kick it into gear if I want to complete this challenge. I am going to take the advice of The Corporate Barbarian and just finish what I can and not worry about it so much. Even one article published is one more than I had the day before.

Approximate Monthly Earnings Update – $70

Sniper SitesIn order to develop some of my own real estate properties I created 10 sniper style sites. I have monetized these with Clickbank products, Amazon products and CPC ads. While these have not yet produced a sale, they have resulted in a few ad clicks and even a few Amazon sales.

I experienced tremendous ranking right from the beginning (making the first page for each keyword phrase I was targeting). Within a few weeks, Google had dropped me completed. Over the past week, these sites have finally started to climb the rankings again. Some are on page 4, while others are on page 10.  I think a nice backlinking campaign should bump these back up to the top again.

Clickbank Sales from Sniper Sites: $0.00

Amazon Commissions from Sniper Sites: $39.95

One Week Marketing CampaignsOf all of the strategies I have tried so far, this one has worked best. Each month I continue to produce sales from the three or four small campaigns I put up months ago. In fact since one lens is producing 2 to 5 sales a month, I created a word press blog targeting those same keywords. Google has not ranked this site yet, but I am expecting big things from this.

Clickbank Sales: $99.48

Ezinearticles – One of the primary reasons I am so far behind is that I have been cranking out articles for EZA. I have finally achieved platinum status, which just means I can submit an unlimited number of articles for approval. I have been using these articles to test a few new markets that I may want to enter.

Here is my basic EZA strategy:

  • Keyword research (2 or 3 keyword phrases)
  • Buy keyword rich .info domain from GoDaddy
  • Redirect this domain to a masked affiliate link
  • Write 5 – 10 articles for these keywords, dropping my new domain name in resource box
  • Rinse and Repeat

Currently, my click through rate is about 25%, which is pretty decent. I am planning to complete EZA’a HAHD challenge – write 100 articles in 100 days. This should really help my traffic levels.

Direct EZA Sales: $0.00

Overall Results

Taking all this into consideration, I am at about $200 per month. With a bit of additional effort, I should be able to reach my goal of $500 per month by the end of December 2009. All I know is that even though some things have failed, and I am way behind in a few areas, I will not stop. I am going to power through and see what I see.

What about you? How are your results so far? I would love to hear about them!

Making Money Online is Easy

21 July, 2009 (23:05) | Passive Income Challenge | By: Dusty

Making money online is easy… Having the time to make money online is very, very, very difficult.

My main problem is that I am such a bad horrible typist. It takes forever to write even a simple 400 word article. What makes it even worse is my OCDish behavior of writing things down on paper BEFORE scratching them out on the keyword.

I have finally had enough of that crap. Today I bought Dragon Naturally Speaking 10. I am almost positive that is some dudes affiliate link (from the Warrior Forum), but who cares. Instead of paying $189 for a product I wanted, I got it for $49.99 (after $50 rebate). I should get it by Friday, which will give me the entire weekend to mess around with it.

I am hoping that this increases my productivity a bit. Currently it takes me about 30 minutes to an hour to research an article, and almost as long to write the darn thing.

Passive Income Progress

Over the past week, I have managed to publish 15 articles on Ezinearticles, 1 article on eHow, and completely finish all 7 Sniper Sites I have started (each has at least 4 posts and a product review). Additionally, I have purchased 2 additional domain names that have potential and are in completely unrelated niches. Most likely these sites will have to sit for a week or so before I can get started on them, as work is killing me right now :(

Passive Income Sales

I am currently on my longest streak of goose eggs that I have experienced since I started internet marketing. My hops have dropped dramatically, my sales pages seem stagnate and I am sick of seeing $0.00 on my daily clickbank account. If fact, it is so bad that I have stopped checking it daily, limiting myself to peeking 4 times a week at most. It is kind of depressing but I will keep moving on and trying to find profitable niches. On the positive side, I have managed to pick up some Adsense revenue from Infobarrel and my Sniper Sites.

If you have not started writing for Infobarrel yet, you really should check it out. Ryan and the gang run a first class operation over there and the articles seem to rank rather well with Google. Once I train the Dragon a bit, I plan on participating in the 30 Hubs in 30 Days Challenge at HubPages AND creating 30 Infobarrels in 30 Days at Infobarrel. That should really supercharge my passive income efforts.

I am also going to start a new One Week Marketing Campaign soon (like maybe this weekend). I really love that strategy and I should have stuck with that a bit longer since it was working so well. If you are struggling to make sales (like I am) and need a well written action plan, OWM is the way to go. Yeah…I am definitely going to drop a new campaign on the internet this week.

Other than that, things are going well. I am putting in a ton of effort now, with the expectation of a higher payout in 6 months time. Remember that if I am still earning less than $500 a month from passive sources at the end of December, I am done! Which reminds me, I really need to start posting over on ExperimentalBlogging. com as well. Perhaps, I should just sell that site and be done with it. Who knows!

Have you started any Sniper Sites (or One Week Marketing Campaigns) yet? How are your sales holding out?
